My career has not followed a linear or traditional route. This has enabled me to bring a fresh and innovative approach to any organisation with which I work. I have avoided becoming "institutionalised" into any one way of working or thinking. This variety enables me to question and promote the highest quality service. I have maintained a commitment to learning and development throughout my career and apply learning across subject or organisational boundaries. I have been involved in significant policy or service changes and reorganisations and have taken a lead role on a number of initiatives. My own experience includes working as a volunteer through to Senior Strategic Management. I am also a registered Social Worker.
