How can this help you?-
My work in non-verbal communication, in which I am constantly learning and developing my own skills, is about observing and consciously using and developing influence. I do this by means of video work with clients, providing analysis and skills development. Most recently I have been working with Senior Managers and Leadership colleagues in schools and Training settings to build on their knowledge base and add more refinements to help their effectiveness.

May 2010 I have successful completed a course with Joe Navarro, ex FBI agent and author of What Every Body is Saying and Read 'Em and Reap these are some of the most popular and accessible works amongst his other publications on specialist interviewing techniques for law enforcement, military and security personnel. This work is adding more skills to my ability to work with individuals to increase their flexibility and comfort in managing a whole range of behaviour, their own and that of other people.
