Drawing on more than 25 years experience in the Commercial, Public and Not For Profit sectors, Simon works with middle and senior managers, as well as directly with staff to develop effective communication, team working, organisational strategy and, above all, performance.
 

 

 Simon’s commitment to continuously develop his own learning and skills development has enabled him to provide a fresh and innovative approach to organisational challenges and problems.

 

Simon’s recent work has included a consultancy role with a public sector organisation in transition, design and delivery of management training in areas such as effective communication and performance management, staff development and the management of risk. In addition He has designed and delivered practitioner programmes of learning around risk management and report writing.

 

Simon is a qualified practitioner in both Classic and New Code Neuro Linguistic Programming and uses these skills to approach projects in an enquiring and innovative way. He has degrees in Economics and Politics (BA) and in Social Work (MA) and is a registered social worker.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Having gained his certificate in Training and Development (ITD) in 1992, he has gone on to train with some of the most influential and innovative trainers and thinkers around (such as John Grinder, Stephen Gilligan, Ian McDermott, Tony Robbins, Robert Dilts, Michael Grinder).

 

It is this combination of learning that has inspired him to approach his own training design and delivery in ways that engage, inspire and stimulate participants. In addition, he has been trained as a family mediator, practice teacher and is a qualified hypnotherapist (Dip. THP, H-SHAP, MNCH - Lic).

 

He blends this experience and these skills to produce an approach that is both professionally analytical and outcome focussed, but also innovative, exciting and fun.
